Group trip to Celerina

On the weekend of July 14th, 2012, the group took some time to relax on a trip to the high-mountain town of Celerina in the Canton Graubünden. Group members enjoyed hiking, sailing, cooking, eating, and a couple of animated games of Risk. From left to right: Michele Montinaro, Dennis Weber, Andrea Mehlin, and Ben Herzog.

    A new type of atomic force microscope (AFM) uses nanowires as tiny sensors. Unlike standard AFM, the device with a nanowire sensor enables measurements of both the size and direction of forces.

  • Group Kart Outing

    On the afternoon of Thursday the 25.11.2021, the group took some time to go karting.
